Sales Representative Salomon, Suunto – Amer Sports CR

Reports To: Sales Manager
Purpose of the Role: Promote, sell the products of Salomon and Suunto brands and provide the services to the customer accounts within an assigned geographic area to achieve significant sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Pursue sales leads; visit existing customers and searching new strategic ones;
• Asses customer needs and suggest best-fit products and services;
• Respond to more complex customer enquiries;
• Negotiate the delivery terms within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Identify research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales
   and repeat business.
• Provide customer feedback and markets trends back to sales manager to support long-term strategies.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met in coordination with Sales Manager.
• Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities
   so these targets are met.
• Regular visits of the customers to build the relationship and control the presentation of the brands on shops.
• Control of Account Receivables and coordination of payment issues with the customer.
• Participation on International PLM of Brands to get the best knowledge of products.
• Close cooperation with Customer Service Team.
• Active participation on local PLM and presentation of product range.
• Training of Sales Stuff of KA, deliver and set-up POS.

  

Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in field sales.
• Record of successful management of products/territory in field-based organization.
• Degree level or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
